Who We Are

AAA Environmental of Texas is a Hutto-based restoration and environmental contractor working across Central and South Texas — Austin, San Antonio, Temple and the counties in between. When water, fire, mold or asbestos turns a building into a problem, we are the crew that shows up, contains it, and puts it right.

We handle the whole job rather than the easy half of it: emergency water extraction and structural drying, fire and smoke cleanup, mold remediation and testing, asbestos and lead abatement, and the reconstruction that follows. One contractor from the first call to the last coat of paint means nobody gets to point at somebody else when something is missed.

The company is a Texas LLC led by Anthony Allbritain and is BBB Accredited with BBB serving the Heart of Texas. Phones are answered around the clock, and estimates are free.

Water & Fire Damage Restoration

A burst supply line, a storm, a roof leak or a kitchen fire does most of its real damage in the hours after it happens — while water wicks into the subfloor and smoke residue sets into everything it touched. Speed is the whole job.

We extract standing water, pull what cannot be saved, set drying equipment and monitor the structure until it is dry rather than dry-looking. After a fire we handle soot and smoke odor, clean salvageable contents, and strip out the material that has to go before rebuilding starts.

Mold Remediation & Testing

Mold in a Texas building is almost always a symptom — a slow leak, a sweating duct, a slab that never fully dried. Killing what you can see and leaving the moisture behind just buys a few months.

We test to find out what is actually growing and where, seal and contain the work area so spores do not travel through the rest of the building, remove affected material, treat what stays, and fix the moisture source so it does not come back.

Asbestos & Lead Abatement

Older Texas buildings hide asbestos in floor tile, mastic, popcorn ceilings, pipe lagging and siding, and lead in the paint layers under everything else. Both are harmless until a renovation disturbs them, which is exactly when most people find out they are there.

We test before demolition, build containment, remove and dispose of the material under controlled conditions, and clear the space so the rest of the project can carry on safely.
